The location was great and close to Times Square with many tourist spots nearby. The room was spacious for three people but the other room had little natural light. The staff were friendly, helpful, and carried bags to the room while explaining the doorbell system. The hotel had a restaurant with breakfast and offered a bonus wine and cheese event.
