A security hold of USD $100 per night will be authorized on the credit card provided at check in, and will be released at check-out if no charges are incurred during the stay.

Any damage, smoking or pet fees incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
Contactless payments or Apple Pay are not accepted, and cash cannot be used for the security hold.

The Penthouse is for residential purposes only, and can sleep a total of 6 guests.
A minimum damage deposit of $500 USD will be required.
Prior approval from the General Manager is required for any in-room external entertainment, catered events or filming in the Penthouse (a Food and Beverage minimum will be added to the room rate).
Any damages incurred during the stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card.
