The hotel featured a very good location, close to key points like Grand Central station. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and well equipped with daily cleaning services. Staff were friendly, supportive, and accommodating throughout the stay. The building offered a lovely period feel with great city views visible from some rooms. Security measures contributed to a welcoming atmosphere in this centrally situated accommodation.
