The location was excellent, close to multiple metro lines and key areas like 5th Avenue and the Village. Rooms were clean, well-equipped, and featured extra comfortable beds with large bathrooms. The staff provided attentive and friendly service, accommodating special requests such as room upgrades. The hotel maintained a very clean environment throughout the stay.
