The hotel provided excellent service from a friendly and attentive staff. The location was ideal, offering easy access to major attractions in midtown. Rooms were comfortable and clean, with some featuring spectacular views of the Empire State Building. The rooftop bar offered a relaxing atmosphere with great light bites and impressive city views. Elevators operated quickly, minimizing wait times throughout the stay.
