The hotel was exceptionally clean and well managed, located just behind Carnegie Hall with easy access to Broadway and Central Park. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. Rooms were spacious with modern amenities including an iron, umbrella, and vanity kits. Breakfast offered a variety of fresh hot dishes alongside cereals and pastries. Complimentary drinks such as coffee, tea, soft drinks, cheese, and wine were available in the foyer during designated hours.
