The hotel featured an excellent location close to Grand Central and Penn Station, with convenient access to buses and trains. The staff were consistently helpful, polite, and greeted guests by name with a smile. Rooms were comfortable despite being small or occasionally noisy due to the nearby bar. Breakfast at the restaurant was highly praised, and dining options within walking distance were plentiful. The presence of Irish music in the bar on Friday nights added a unique touch to the stay.
