The hotel offered a comfortable room with excellent daily housekeeping. The location provided easy access to many places in lower Manhattan, including the Fulton Street metro station. Nearby eateries and a quiet, safe environment were noted. The fitness center operated 24 hours but was not used. Free water was provided in the rooms during the stay.
