The location was very good, just near the metro and close to several pharmacies and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they made first aid when a hand was burnt. Breakfast was good with tea and coffee available. The rooms were bigger than normal for NYC but some were very small and cramped for families of four with two double beds. Towels were changed daily and toiletries were decent. A luggage weight was in the lobby.
