The location was excellent, situated next to Central Park with shopping within walking distance. The staff demonstrated politeness and helpfulness throughout the stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and of typical New York City size. Breakfast offerings were good, complemented by coffee available in the lobby. Security measures included visible personnel in the lobby area. Concierge services assisted with booking tickets for local museums.
