The location was excellent, offering easy access to Central Park, Times Square, and Broadway. The rooms featured comfortable beds with quality linens and provided amazing views from high floors. Staff demonstrated helpfulness and attention to detail, especially in housekeeping and breakfast service. Facilities included a gym and laundry services that were well maintained. Elevator issues occurred early in the week but did not affect the overall experience significantly.
