A central location near Times Square was complemented by very helpful and friendly staff. The lobby offered a calm, beautifully scented atmosphere contrasting with the busy city outside. Rooms were small but smartly designed and comfortable, with good bathroom facilities. Breakfast quality varied from mediocre to good, while free coffee was available 24/7 in the lounge. Staff members consistently provided exceptional service throughout the stay.
