The stay included a clean, spacious Superior King Room with a comfortable bed. The location in downtown Manhattan was excellent, close to many attractions and just steps from the Chambers Street Subway. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the visit. The hotel featured a nice bar and restaurant with high-quality food and attentive service. A gym and lounge area were available for guest use before check-in.
