The hotel offered spacious rooms with comfortable beds and daily cleaning service. The location was excellent, close to Chinatown, Soho, and many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Modern decor in the lobby created a welcoming atmosphere. Complimentary coffee and tea were available each morning at reception.
