The location was fantastic in the heart of SoHo close to Chinatown and Little Italy with a view of Manhattan from the 10th floor. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive with a 24-hour front desk that served complimentary pastries, coffee, muffins, and cookies in the morning.
