The location was excellent, situated in the heart of New York with iconic surroundings. The hotel featured unique design and decor that stood out as one of a kind. Staff provided exceptional service and were very helpful at the front desk. Rooms offered comfortable accommodations, though some fell short of expectations. Complimentary tea and coffee were available in the rooms for residents.
