The hotel featured very comfortable beds and a fantastic location ideal for exploring New York City. Rooms were spacious, clean, and positioned away from elevator noise. The suite offered a nice view of the Empire State Building with good water pressure. Staff members were consistently helpful and friendly throughout the stay. A restaurant at the top provided an amazing view of the city skyline.
