The location was great and easy to get around with a mind-blowing view of Times Square from the corner room. The staff were friendly and helpful, with exceptional service by Nicole from housekeeping and Michael as manager. The elevators were quick, the beds were comfortable, and the thick window blinds cut noise effectively while keeping the room dark at night.
