The location was excellent, situated on a quiet street in central NYC with easy access to Times Square and nearby train and bus stations. The room was spotless and featured a comfortable mattress and pillows. Breakfast offered a good variety including cooked food, pastries, cereal, yogurt, and fruit. Reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Luggage storage was secure and managed by reception only.
