The hotel featured a stylish, high-tech design with easy-to-use self-service check-in screens and thoughtful staff. The location was excellent, within walking distance of Broadway and close to art venues. Rooms were small but clean, comfortable, and equipped with blackout shades and modern lighting controls. Common areas had a pleasant vibe ideal for relaxing. Breakfast was great, complementing the overall experience.
