The hotel was very clean with friendly and accommodating staff. The location provided easy access to public transport, including the East Broadway Metro and F train, connecting to major attractions. Rooms were spacious by New York standards and generally quiet despite some distant train noise. Breakfast was basic but sufficient, while nearby restaurants offered additional options. Heating worked well during the stay.
