The staff were friendly, attentive, and service-oriented, with receptionists providing warm and helpful assistance. Daily room cleaning and bed making were provided. Rooms were relatively small but quiet, featuring comfortable beds, televisions with many channels, and powerful hot showers. A Starbucks branch was accessible through the reception area beneath the hotel.
