The location was excellent, central to the Gramercy area with good public transport. Rooms were clean and quiet, especially those at the back of the building, providing effective noise dampening from traffic. Beds were comfortable with a modern design that maximized space in smaller rooms. The lobby was welcoming and staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Complimentary breakfast was basic but appreciated by guests.
