The staff were exceptional and remembered guests’ names, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The location was central, close to Grand Central Station and numerous restaurants. The second-floor reading room offered a cozy lounge with free espresso, snacks, and fruit available throughout the day. The boutique hotel featured a great rooftop area and an inviting library space for relaxation. Maintenance work was underway on the building’s exterior during the stay.
