Excellent staff provided friendly and helpful service throughout the stay. The location was ideal for exploring, with a nearby subway and lively neighborhood full of bars, restaurants, and shops. Rooms were clean and well-maintained, though some were small but efficiently equipped. A rooftop terrace offered great views of Downtown NYC. Additional amenities included luggage storage after checkout and a water refill plus coffee station.
