The hotel was situated in a very good location, close to Central Park and convenient subway access. Rooms were decent and quiet, with satisfactory cleaning service provided. Staff were thoughtful and allowed luggage storage after check-out. Toiletries included conditioner and body lotion, which added to the comfort. A free room upgrade was offered when the initial room proved too small for three guests.
