The property was well located near Times Square with easy access to the theatre district. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided great advice on local restaurants. Rooms were spacious, clean, and featured a great shower with quality toiletries. The bar and restaurant stood out as highlights during the stay. Communication via text for hotel services was efficient throughout the visit.
