The location was excellent, situated in the heart of Times Square and close to the metro. The staff were friendly and accommodating, with Jeremy standing out for his welcoming attitude. Rooms featured kitchenettes and some included small terraces. Cleanliness was maintained throughout the property, which also offered breakfast included with the stay. Security measures were good, though elevator service could be improved.
