The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness and friendly staff throughout the stay. Rooms offered requested views across floors 10 to 12, although room proximity requests were not fully met due to late notice. Convenient access to the subway and nearby amenities like a 7-Eleven and burger joint added practical benefits. Complimentary coffee was available on site.
