The hotel featured a beautifully restored 1880s building with original steelwork and a central nine-story atrium. Rooms were spacious with large bathrooms, while the bar and restaurant offered an outstanding atmosphere that transported guests back to classic 20th-century New York. Staff were consistently helpful and friendly throughout the stay. The location in Lower Manhattan provided easy access to the subway and was just minutes from the Brooklyn Bridge. Breakfast was high-quality and delicious.
