The hotel was located right in the heart of Manhattan with easy walking or subway distance to Macy's, Times Square, and Grand Central. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, with Elizabeth on reception being great and the ladies at check-in storing baggage graciously. Breakfast was hot, very good with lots of options for vegetarians, and available early, a refrigerator was brought to the room upon request. The room had a view of the Empire State Building and was clean.
