The location was in the heart of Chelsea and walking distance from many restaurants and Times Square. The room on the 20th floor was quiet with a great view, but the air-conditioning was too noisy. The hotel had clean rooms and good staff, while breakfast ran out of items and paper plates with plastic cutlery were not recycled.
