The staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The property featured a vibrant ground floor with cafes and a restaurant, creating an energetic atmosphere all day. The location was ideal, situated near Soho, Chinatown, Tribeca, and multiple subway lines. The café downstairs offered excellent coffee options including great matcha. Croissants at the coffee counter were noted as delicious.
