The hotel was located near the Empire State Building with easy access to metro and buses. The room featured a comfortable large bed, air conditioning, and a newly renovated bathroom with strong shower pressure. Staff provided excellent service, including arranging transportation to JFK airport. Facilities included a coffee shop on the ground floor, a gym, and a roof terrace that offered a sunny retreat.
